HRJ-1367 is a heat reactive alkylphenol resin and is supplied in flake form. HRJ-1367 is primarily used in conjunction with chloroprene rubber to produce general purpose solvent-based contact cements but also finds use as a modifier for alkyd resins for coatings that require high film hardness and as a modifier for rosin in the production of hard resins for the ink industry. It is also used in conjunction with epoxy resins for the production of interior can coatings.
